WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation about the shipping and a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Every parcel can be tracked and is insured.

I WANT TO ORDER PRE-ORDER ITEMS AND ITEMS THAT ARE IN STOCK. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes, you can put pre-order items and items that are already in stock together in one order. You only have to pay shipping once. BUT we will ship your order as soon as the pre-order items arrive at our stock. You will receive one package. If you want to receive the items that are in stock earlier, you have to place two different orders.

WHERE DO YOU PRINT / PRODUCE YOUR MERCH?

Most of our official merchandise is hand printed and hand-checked by one of our partners in Germany, who printed all of TRAVELLERs past merchandise. Almost every product is checked and managed by the band itself. Even though, some merch is printed and managed by our partners in Europe.

WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN TIME, DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC?

We are trying our very best, that you receive your order in time. The worldwide Covid-19 pandemic complicated the shipping of parcels in the past but we are checking the governmental guidelines daily and it appears that we can ship the parcels as normal. In individual cases, there might be a delay of a few days, due to the pandemic and the governmental guidelines.

WHEN WILL PRE-ORDERS SHIP?

We are shipping your pre-orders in line with the release date of the product, to make sure that you will receive your order in time. We are trying our best to give our international customers the same experience but in individual cases, there might be a delay of a few days as the mailing way will be longer as in Germany.
